1. Camp Registration and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register a participant or submit personal information on behalf of a minor.
All participants must meet the age, health, and skill level requirements as stated in camp descriptions.
Registration is not complete until payment is received and confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or participation at our sole discretion.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be available based on cancellation deadlines set forth in your registration confirmation.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees.
If a camp is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
Ticalian Pro Futbol Camps reserves the right to remove any participant or individual for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including logos, media, training materials, and camp methodologies—is owned or licensed by Ticalian Pro Futbol Camps LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our written consent.
5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver
Participation in athletic training involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By registering, you agree to assume all risks related to participation and waive any claims against Ticalian Pro Futbol Camps LLC, its coaches, staff, and partners.
You agree to complete and submit any required waivers or medical forms prior to participation.
6. Communications and SMS Messaging
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications via email or SMS related to your registration, camp updates, customer service, and promotions.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
